Adding Clients

Learn how to create and manage client profiles in LawBridge CRM.

Client Types

LawBridge CRM supports two types of clients:

👤 Individual

For personal clients. Includes fields for date of birth and occupation.

🏢 Corporate

For business clients. Includes company registration and contact person fields.

Creating a New Client

  1. Navigate to Clients in the sidebar
  2. Click the "New Client" button
  3. Select the client type (Individual or Corporate)
  4. Fill in the required information:
    • Full Name (or Company Name for corporate)
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
  5. Add optional information (address, notes)
  6. Click Save

Assigning Attorneys

You can assign one or more attorneys to a client:

  • Primary Attorney - The main attorney responsible for the client
  • Shared With - Additional team members who can access this client
