Adding Clients
Learn how to create and manage client profiles in LawBridge CRM.
Client Types
LawBridge CRM supports two types of clients:
👤 Individual
For personal clients. Includes fields for date of birth and occupation.
🏢 Corporate
For business clients. Includes company registration and contact person fields.
Creating a New Client
- Navigate to Clients in the sidebar
- Click the "New Client" button
- Select the client type (Individual or Corporate)
- Fill in the required information:
- Full Name (or Company Name for corporate)
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Add optional information (address, notes)
- Click Save
Client Profile Fields

| Name | Yes | Client's full name or company name |
| Yes | Primary email for communication | |
| Phone | Yes | Contact phone number |
| Address | No | Physical or postal address |
| Status | Yes | Active or Inactive |
| Assigned Attorney | No | Primary attorney for this client |
| Notes | No | Internal notes about the client |
Assigning Attorneys
You can assign one or more attorneys to a client:
- Primary Attorney - The main attorney responsible for the client
- Shared With - Additional team members who can access this client
