The intake pipeline helps you track potential clients from their first contact to becoming a retained client. Leads can come from your website widget, referrals, or manual entry.

Converting Leads to Clients

  1. Move the lead to Retained stage
  2. Click the "Convert to Client" button
  3. Review the client information
  4. A new client profile is created automatically
  5. Create a matter for the new client
