Terms of Service

Welcome to LawBridge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LawBridge legal practice management software and related services operated by Turnables Tech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using LawBridge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
2. Description of Service
LawBridge provides legal practice management software including:
- Client and matter management
- Case tracking and court date management
- Document storage and management
- Time tracking and billing
- Lead management and intake pipeline
- Website chat widget for client communication
- Team collaboration tools
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring all users within your organization comply with these Terms
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access to your account
4. Subscription and Payment
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to features based on the selected plan.
Subscription Plans
After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service. Subscription fees are billed monthly per user according to the selected plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).
Payment Terms
- All fees are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated
- Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use LawBridge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or systems
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Collect user information without consent
- Share your account with unauthorized users
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the service
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software
- Removing or altering proprietary notices or labels
- Using the service to compete with us or for benchmarking purposes
- Storing or transmitting content that infringes third-party rights
7. Data Ownership and Rights
Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload or create within LawBridge. We claim no ownership over your client data, documents, or content.
Our Platform: We own all rights to the LawBridge platform, software, and associated intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
Data Export: You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data before permanent deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAWBRIDGE AND TURNABLES TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
LawBridge is a practice management tool and does not provide legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your legal practice and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with 30 days' notice.
Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for export, after which it will be deleted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
