Creating Invoices
Create professional invoices and send them to your clients.
Creating a New Invoice
- Navigate to Invoices in the sidebar
- Click "New Invoice"
- Select the Client from the dropdown
- Optionally link to a Matter
- Add line items with descriptions and amounts
- Set the Due Date
- Click Save or Send
Invoice Fields

Invoice Status
DraftNot yet sent to client
SentEmailed to client, awaiting payment
PaidPayment received
OverduePast due date, not yet paid
Sending Invoices
Invoices can be sent directly to clients via email:
- Open the invoice you want to send
- Click the "Send" button
- The client receives a professional email with invoice details
- Invoice status automatically changes to "Sent"
💡 Currency
All invoices are created in Ghana Cedis (GHS). The currency symbol appears automatically on all invoices.
